Accommodation Cancellation
All cancellations must be sent in writing or e-mailed to the ESH 2017 Congress Secretariat.
Cancellations received on or before 30th June 2017 - no penalty.
Cancellations received after 30th June 2017 or non-arrival - hotels may deduct from the credit card provided an amount up to the value of the duration of the stay booked. A reduction in the number of nights booked will be treated as a cancellation by the hotel and the hotel will be entitled to take payment from the card provided.
