Manchester Airport is a major international hub just nine miles (14.5km) from the city centre. It serves more than 200 destinations worldwide, including direct routes to nine US cities. From the airport, the city centre is just 20 minutes by direct train. Trains depart every ten minutes and cost approximately £4.00 - £5.00 for a single journey. Alternatively, there are private taxi booking desks in each Terminal or taxi ranks outside each Terminal.

London Airports (Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted) - Manchester is two hours from London city centre by train.
Birmingham Airport – Manchester is less than two hours from Birmingham by train.
By Rail
Inter-city rail services terminate at either Manchester Victoria or Manchester Piccadilly Stations. It is then possible to take an onward train to Deansgate Station or take the Metrolink Tram to Deansgate Castlefield. Both Deansgate stations are just a few minutes’ walk from the Hilton Manchester.
Directions to the Hilton Hotel from Deansgate-Castlefield metrolink station - leave the Deansgate/Castlefield metrolink station by the lift or the stairs to ground level which you will find to your right if you stand with your back towards the high rise building nearby. Follow the road around to your right to the Hilton Deansgate hotel.
The Hilton Deansgate is a 20-minute walk from Piccadilly Station or just five minutes by taxi.
Direct trains run from London Euston to Manchester Piccadilly every 20 minutes, and average journey times are around 2 hours 10 minutes.
