Registration Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be sent in writing or e-mailed to the ESH 2017 Secretariat.

Registration Fees

Cancellations received on or before 30th June 2017.
An administration fee of £50 will be due and will be deducted from any refund issued.

Cancellations received after 30th June 2017.
Full payment is due and no refunds will be issued.

Insurance

The organisers do not accept any responsibility for individual medical, travel or personal insurance. Delegates are strongly advised to have their own travel insurance policies.

Data Protection

We may pass your contact details on to the organisers of the next ESH conference, or to organisers of related conferences. We will not pass your details on to any unsolicited companies or persons. If you do not wish your contact details to be shared with the organisers of relevant conferences, please check the box on the registration form.
